How do I request a refund for a completed lesson?

Access the Contact Us page and send us a message with your refund request. Please include the lesson booking reference and the reason for your refund request.

How do I delete my account?

Access the Contact Us page and message us with your account deletion request. Please ensure you message us from the email address associated with the account you want to delete.

How can I change my payment details?

Access the Payment Details page to update your payment information. Payments already in process will continue using your previous payment method. If a payment fails or your old payment method is no longer active, future payments will default to the updated method.
