How do I request a refund for a completed lesson?

You can contact us with your refund request, you will need to include the lesson details and the reason for the requested refund.

How do I delete my account?

You can contact us with your account deletion request using the email address of the account you want to delete.

Can I change my payment details?

You can change your payment details, payments already processing will be paid from your old payment method. If a payment fails or your payment account is no longer active, payments will be made from your new payment account. You will need to be logged in to update your payment account.
