How do I refund a student for a completed lesson?

You can contact us with your refund request, you will need to include the lesson details and the reason for the requested refund.

How do I delete my account?

You can contact us with your account deletion request using the email address of the account you want to delete.

Can I change my bank details?

You can change your bank details, payments already processing will be paid into your old bank account. If a payment fails or your bank account is no longer active, payments will be made into your new account, we are not able to provide an estimated date for you to receive this as Stripe (our payment provider) controls this. You will need to be logged in to update your bank details.
